line passing through (-2,5)and perpendicular to the graph of y=(-1/8)x + 19/4


Line perpendicular will have slope m = 8 as 8/1*(-1/8) = -1
y = 8x + b |using ordered pair Pt(-2,5) to solve for b
5 = -16 + b
21 = b
y = 8x + 21
