Slope of a line= %28y%5B1%5D-y%5B2%5D%29%2Fx%5B1%5D-x%5B2%5D%29
So:
Slope: m+=+%28%28%28-2%29+-+3%29%2F%284+-+%28-1%29%29%29+=+-1
y-intercept: b+=+3+-+-1%2A-1+=+2
Equation: y+=+-1+x+++%2B+++2
