Hi,

Using point-slope formula, , equation of the line

to find the equation of a line with slope m and  on the line. 

for ex if the slope m = -3 and point is Pt(1,1)





y = -3(x-1) + 1

y = -3x + 3 + 1

y = -3x + 4
