8x-5y=-22 | *2 = 16x - 10y = -44

-16x+6y=20
+16x - 10y = -44

-4y = -24

y = 6


-16x+6y=20 | eliminate y : *5 = -80x + 30y = 100
8x-5y=-22 | *6 = 48x - 30y = -132
---------------

-80x + 30y = 100
48x - 30y = -132
----------------
-32x = -32

x = 1


Verification :

-16 + 36 = 20
8 - 30 = -22
