Hi,
Using the standard point-slope form for an equation of a line y = mx + b
where m is the slope and b the y-intercept.
slope of -(4/1) and a y-intercept of -3
y = -4x - 3
Note: as y decreases by 4, then x increases by 1
Or as y increases by 4, then x decreases by 1
