Question 369210: What is the Slope, y-intercept, and x-intercept of y=-2/3x+5?
Answer by lefty4ever26(59)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
In the formula y=mx+b m=slope.
SO in this equation (-2/3) is the slope.
the x-intercept is where y=0 so plug 0 in for y. and solve for x.

So the x intercept is (15/2,0)
The y-intercept is where x=0 so plug in 0 for x and solve for y.

So the y intercept is (0,5)
