Hi,
***General point-slope from of an equation is
y = mx + b where m is the slope and b is the value of y where the line crosses the y-axis
Slope -1/2
y = (-1/2)x + b
Using ordered pair (3,-2) to solve for b
-2 = (-1/2)*3 + b
-4/2 + 3/2 = b
-1/2 = b
y = (-1/2)x -1/2
