Hey,
For this one we need to split this problem into two equations:
2L + 2W = 94
L = 5 + W
Then we can substitute 5 + W for L in the first equation:
2(5+W) + 2W = 94 => 10 + 2W + 2W = 94 => 4W = 84 => W=21
Then we substitute this into the second equation:
L = 5 + 21 => L = 26
Therefore:
L=26
W=21
