The slope of a line is delta(y)/delta(x).
The difference between the y coordinates divided by the differences between the x coordinates.
So, (2,-3) and (2,-13)
slope (a) = -13 - (-3)/ 2-2
This gives -10/0 which does not exist.
The slope of this line does not exist because the line has an equation of x=2.
This line is parallel to the y axis, so it has no slope, it does not exist.
