To solve these systems graphically, first you need to graph them and second you need to find the point of intersection:
This is the graph of 3y-2x=1, (or y=(2/3)x+ (1/3))
The graph of x=4 would be a vertical line at x=4. I can't get the graph right because of inputs but after graphing the two equations, find the point of intersection. It looks to be at the point (4,3) and that would be your answer.
