When dividing a trinomial by a monomial the best way is to divide and conquer.
Subtract the powers in this case.
Also anything to the 0 power is one. Anything multiply by one is itself
(5x^3y/5xy)+20x^2y^2/5xy+20xy^3/5xy==>x^2+4xy+4y^2
