-0.5(0.3x-0.6) = -1.5
-----
I don't like decimal, so let's multiply both sides by 10 to get:
---
-5(0.3x-0.6) = -15
---
Divide both sides by -5 to get:
0.3x-0.6 = 3
---
Multiply thru by 10 to get:
3x - 6 = 30
3x = 36
x = 12
