On the question it says "What is the perimeter of the nth figure in this pattern?"
and i have no idea how i'm suppose to find that? can you help?

You should build a pattern of ordered pairs (t,p)
where t is the number of triangles and p is the perimeter.
Start with t = 1, then t = 2, etc.
Try to detect a pattern in the relation of p to t.
