y=mx+b is the equation you need here and plug and chug.
m=slope (don't forget that slope is y/x)
b=y-intercept (the point at which the line crosses the y-axis)
To graph go to (7,0) on the coordinate graph. Then go down 2 right one put another point. Since there is no line under the less than sign draw a DASHED line and since lower numbers are to the left shade to the left of the line.
