Question 298897: 6-1/3y=3x what is the slope? Also how did you break it down?
Answer by checkley77(12844) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Y=mX+b WHERE m=SLOPE & b=THE Y INTERCEPT.
6-1/3y=3x SUBTRACT 6 FROM BOTH SIDES.
-Y/3=3X-6 DIVIDE BY -1/3.
Y=3X/-3-6/-3 REDUCE.
Y=-X+2 THUS THE SLOPE(m)=-1
