Answer by QueenVoda(11)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
the slope formula is:
y1-y2 over x2-x1
in other word it's:
y1-y2
_____
x2-x1

group one is:
group 1 group 2
x y x y
(-1,-8) (-4,4)

4-(-8) equals 12
______ ____
-4 - (-1) -3
12 over -3 is -4
-4 is the answer
so the sope between those two points is: -4 / 1
negitive 4 over 1.
