Question 28473: How do you graph the equation y=-4x?
Answer by elima(1433) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You need to make a table choosing values for x, then solving the equation for y;
so let x=1;
y=-4(1)
y=-4
let x=0;
y=-4(0)
y=0
let x =2;
y=-4(2)
y=-8
Now that you have 3 points you can graph and then connect those ith a line.
