Find the y-intercept by substituting 




So the y-intecept is (0,-10)

Find the x-intercepts by substituting 









, approximately,
so the x-intercepts are approximately

(-1.4,0) and (1.4,0)

Plot those two points on the x-axis  and the y-intercept 
and you get this very thin parabola:
