Is all you need do do is choose values for x and solve for y;
So when x=1;
(1)+4y=5
Subtract one from both sides;
4y=5-1
4y=4
divide both sides by 4;
=
y=1
So one point will be;
(1,1)
Now lets make x=0;
(0)+4y=5
4y=5
y=
Point 2;
(0,1)
