By inspection, the first equation, y = -5 is a straight line parallel to the x axis.
That is, for every value of 'x', the value of 'y' is -5.

5x + 4y = -20
rearranging
4y = -5x -20
y = -5/4x - 5
which will be a straight line sloping down from the upper left to the lower right, y intercept will be (0, -5); and when x=-4, it will cross the x axis at (-4, 0)
