Given, the point (0,1) is on a circle that has center (-3,5).
The distance between thede two points is the radius of the circle.
Radius=sqrt[ (0+3)^2+(1-5)^2]
=SQRT[9+16]
=5
Diameter of the circle= 2*5 = 10
