PARALLEL LINES HAVE EQUAL SLOPES.
SO PARALLEL LINE TO 3X+2Y=8 IS
3X+2Y=K....IT IS PASSING THROUGH (6,-2)..SO
3*6+2*-2=K=18-4=14
SO EQN.OF THE LINE IS
3X+2Y=14
