Answer by richwmiller(17219)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!

slope is 1/2 and the y intercept is 1 when x=0
x intercept when y=0
0=x/2 +1
-1=x/2
-2=x
(-2,0)
(0,1)
