I don't understand where to begin. Which points do I plot? These are both also less than or equal to and greater than or equal to, but there's no "greater than or equal to" key on the computer. Please explain each step. I looked at other explanations on line and it didn't help. Thank you so much.

if the < and > confuse you put in = till you finish plotting.
if there is no equal then the line is not included.
If there is equal with < or > then it includes the line and what ever is above > or < below the line
