You need to determine m and b
---
But "b" is the y- intercept and (0,5) is the y-intercept, so b = 5
---
m = (11-5)/(2-0) = 3
---
So the equation is y = 3x + 5

slope m = y2-y1 / x2-x1
m = (11-5)/(2-0)
m = 6/2 = 3
a line is y=mx+b , where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept (0,b)
y=3x+b solve for b
y=3 (0)+b
y=0+b
y=b that is when b=5
y=3x+5
