first you want multiply each side;
=
To solve proportions you cross multiply;
x(4x)=2(20000)
=40000
Divide each side by 4;
=10000
Now subtract 10000 from each side;
-10000=0
Factor;
(x-100)(x-100)=0
x-100=0
x=100
