FIrst i would reduce where possible. We get
y = (-1/9)x + (1/2)
Your slope = -1/9 and b value, y intercept is 1/2.
STEP #1 - place a dot at 1/2 on the Y-axis.
STEP #2 - from this dot, you will move down 1 unit and right 9 units. PLace a second dot. connect the dots. and you are done.
