Here is your original equation:

step 1 - add 9y to both sides
9y > 9 + 6x
step 2 - divide by 9
y > (2/3)x + 1
This is similar to y = mX + b.
Your slope is (2/3) and the b = 1.
To graph, step 1 - plot the 1 on the y-axis.
step 2 - from that dot move up 2 and right 3. Place another dot.
step 3 - draw a dash line connecting the dots.
step 4 - Since Y >, shade up and away from you.
