A slope of zero means the line is horizontal -lying down- not slanted.
an undefined slope means the line is vertical.
That means you are trying to divide by zero which is undefined.
Slope is the rise(y) over the run (x) the difference in y over the difference in x
If the difference between two x's is zero (the x's are the same) it means the line is vertical.
