Question 24660: 1.Find the Slope: M=2/3, b=1
2. M=3/4, b=-2
Graph the following:
1. 2x-3y<6
2. 3x+2y>6
Answer by elima(1433) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
For the first two, you are already given the slope;
m=slope;
1.m=
2.m=
Next two, put the equation in slope-intercept form;
2x-3y<6
-3y<-2x+6
y<-2
The slope = and the y-intercept=-2;
Since it is an inequality, when you draw the line shade the part of the graph that is below the line and the line is a dash because y is less than and not included.
3x+2y>6
2y>-3x+6
y>x+2
Ths time rhe line is still dashed but you shade the area above.
Hope you understand
