I have tried to work this out several different ways and come to b=0...i don't think this is right at all...could someone please show me what in the world i am doing wrong....thanks!!

Find an equation of the line containing the given point and having the given slope.
(1/2,2), m= -1
----------------
y = mx + b
2 = -1*(1/2) + b
b = 2.5
--------
y = -x + 2.5
