These 2 equation s are idnetical therefore there are an infinite number of solutions.
EX:
x=0
0+16y=-20
y=-20/16
y=-5/4 (0,-5/4)

y=0
x+0=-20
x=-20 (-20,0)
----------------
x=3
4*3+16y=-20
12+16y=-20
16y=-20-12
16y=-32
y=-32/16
y=-2 (3,-2)
