First draw a cartesian plane similar to the one shown below:

Generally speaking, we refer to the x-axis when graphing intervals. So use this axis unless the problem specifies to use the y-axis.

Now, draw a thick line on the x-axis from -4 to +10.
You will need to also draw brackets at -4 and at +10 ...just like the problem shows [].
