line parallel to the line 3x-y=8 and containing the point(3,0).
3x-y=8
-Y=-3X+8
Y=3X-8 (RED LINE) THIS LINE HAS A SLOPE=3.
A PARALLLEL LINE ALSO HAS A SLOPE=3.
0=3*3+b
0=9+b
b=-9 THE Y INTERCEPT.
Y=3X-9 (GREEN LINE)
