SLOPE=(Y2-Y1)/(X2-X1)=(-6+3)/(10+5)=-3/15=-1/5 IS THE SLOPE
-3=-5*-1/5+b
-3=1+b
b=-3-1
b=-4 FOR THE Y INTERCEPT.
Y=X/5-4 IS THIS LINE EQUATION.
