---
Let x = 0, then 5y=-20 ; y = -4
---
Let y = 0, then 3x=-20 ; x = -20/3
--------------
Let x = 5, then 15 + 5y = -20 ; 5y = -35; y = -7
-------------------------
That gives you points: (0,-4),(-20/3,-0),(5,-7)

Plot those three points and draw a line thru them.
