There is no equal sign in the second equation, so it can't be graphed. I'll take a guess, but you may need to re-post the question.
3x-y = 7 is in standard form, so use the two intercepts method to graph it.
Let x =0, then -y = 7, so y =-7
Let y =0, then 3x = 7, so x= or approximately 2.3
I'll take a guess that the second equation was supposed to be y =3x - 7. This is in slope-intercept form, so the y-intercept is -7, and the slope is 3/1.
Graph these two lines and it should look like this:
As you can see from this graph, the two lines are actually the same line. The solution is the entire line. There are infinitely many solutions.
