Determine the point -slope from the line and the slope-intercept form of the line with slope=-3/5 and passing through the point (10,4)

m= passing through (10,4). In this point x=10 and y=4.

Substitute all three of the above numbers into this formula, and solve for b:
y=mx + b

So, the equation of the line is
