First you need to plot your four points one in each of your quadrants. Your formula will be y=mx+b, so you find "b" by the spot where your line crosses the y-intercept. Your m(slope) you do rise over run so count points up then left or right. Then you can plug your slope and y-intercept into y=mx+b form.
