These are 2 straight lines, so 2 points for each is sufficient.
Pick a value for x and find y for 2 points, then draw a line thru them.
y=-10-2x
--------
x y
0 -10 --> (0,-10)
-5 0 --> (-5,0)
------
Do the same for the other equation.
Where they intersect is the solution.
