I combined everthing to get:
4y-24x+30+18x = 4y+4x-2y-2+2x

you have the answer, now all you have to do is combine the terms and put it in the slope intercept formula
y=mx+b
assuming your math is correct, I will start from where you left off.
4y-24x+30+18x=4y+4x-2y+2x
2y=12x-30
