Answer by drj(1380) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I have to make a vertical line with (4,5). How do I do that?
Step 1. A vertical line means that x=a where a is a constant value.
Step 2. Since the vertical must pass through point (4,5) or x=4 and y=5 then the vertical line is x=4 where y can be any value while passing point (4,5).
Step 3. ANSWER: x=4 (draw a vertical at x=4).
I hope the above steps were helpful.
