Graph the inequality on a plane. I do not get how to do these problems, I always get them wrong no matter how many times I try them.
x+y<3

1st: Solve for "y":
y < -x+3
------------
2nd: Graph the boundary: y EQUALS -x+3
Plot two points and draw a dashed line thru them:
(0,3),(3,0) for example

3rd: Since you want y LESS THAN -x+3,
shade the half-plane BELOW the boundary.
