If the axis of a graph can be set up (labeled) as fractions, just use axis,,

for example, if x axis is labeled every 1/16,,,and you want to locate x=1/2, just use 8/16 as location.

If the graph is labeled as whole numbers, just convert fraction to decimal, by dividing numerator by denominator, and then estimate location between whole numbers.
