Since we are given two info: the slope (8/9) and one point (6,-3),
we use the slope intercept form of the line
Here, m=8/9 =6 and
so,
y-(-3)=8/9(x-6) substitute
y+3=8/9(x-6)
9(y+3)=8(x-6) multiply both sides by 9
9y+27=8x-48
8x-9y-75=0 the general equation of the line
