Simply draw a line segment in which has the left endpoint (x=0) as an open circle and the right endpoint (x=3) as a closed circle.

Note:
There is an open circle at which means that we're excluding this value from the solution set
Also, there is a closed circle at which means that we're including this value in the solution set.
