I need help solving with this graphing symtem of equation?
x+y=9 ...or...y=-x+9...now draw a graph for this taking different values for x and finding corresponding values of y ..ex..when x=0 we get y=0+9=9...etc..
make a table as follows and draw the graph plotting these points
x...0....1....2....3.....-1.....-2.....-3
y...9....8....7....6.....10......11.....12
similarly now do for the next eqn...
2y-x=6...or...2y=x+6...or...y=(x+6)/2
x...0....1....2....3.....-1.....-2.....-3
y...3....7/2..4....9/2...5/2....2.....3/2
draw both graphs in one sheet .find where they cut each other.find the point where they cut each other .the x and y coordinates of that point give us the values of x and y.

we find that x=4 and y=5
