In form: y=a*tan(bx+c)+d ----> a=1, b=1, c=3pi/2, d=0

Period: T=pi/b=pi/1=pi
Period is pi radians or 180 degrees

Undefined Values:
tan(x+3pi/2) = sin(x+3pi/2)/cos(x+3pi/2)

---> cos(x+3pi/2) = sin(x) = 0 ---> x = pi*n

Undefined Values: -2pi, -pi, 0, pi, 2pi, etc...


Phase Shift: -c/b = (3pi/2)/1 = -3pi/2
