ADD:
1/4+2/5=(5*1+4*2)/(4*5)=(5+8)/20=13/20 ans.
SUBTRACT:
1/4-2/5=(5*1-2*4)/(4*5)=(5-8)/20-3/20 ans.
MULTIPLY:
(1/4)(2/5)=1*2/4*5=2/20=1/10 ans.
DIVIDE: [note - the denominator is inverted and then the 2 fractions are multiplied]
(1/4)/(2/5)=(1/4)(5/2)=5/8 ans.
