Simply draw a horizontal line through the tick '60' on the y-axis (make sure you scale the graph correctly). Why is this a horizontal line? Since "x" is nowhere to be found, this means that no matter what "x" is y will ALWAYS be equal to 60. So you'll have points like (0,60), (-2,60), (-10,60), (44,60), etc...
